Imagine needing to escape your home and country and everything familiar, including your langugage, to start a new life elsewhere.
We’re hosting a Feast for Freedom to fundraise for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre. The ASRC provide people seeking asylum with access to the essential services they need to rebuild their lives in Australia.
We’ll host a small yet culturally exotic banquet inspired by recipes from refugees and our own culturally diverse families.
Every dollar we raise will go to the ASRC so they can provide essential food, housing and health services to refugees and people seeking asylum.
