Story

I’m making a difference fundraising for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC).

I’m doing this by hosting a Feast for Freedom to provide people seeking asylum with access to the essential services they need to rebuild their lives in Australia.

This is a meal that makes a difference and I’m inspired by the special recipes gifted by refugees that are taken from their own cultural traditions. Every dollar I raise will go to the ASRC so they can provide essential food, housing and health services to refugees and people seeking asylum.

Feast for Freedom fund raiser get together

Thursday 5th Mar
Dear friends we are back gathering kindred spirits to an evening of shared food , conversation and merriment in my back garden. Put April 10  6.30 till whenever in your diary for Middle Eastern or other cuisines delicious dishes. You can let me know if you will join the cooking crew or rather just come and contribute what you would pay for a good meal out (or more if you feel to) . All donations will go to the Asylum seeker resource centre .
