Hi everyone!
We're hosting a Feast for Freedom this Ramadan to raise money for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC).
The ASRC provides people seeking asylum with access to the essential services they need to rebuild their lives in Australia.
This is a meal that makes a difference. We'll be cooking a meal from recipes chosen to honour the traditions and backgrounds of refugees, with particular focus on Palestinian recipes this year.
Every dollar raised will go to the ASRC so they can provide essential food, housing and health services to refugees and people seeking asylum.
We're gathering to pledge our support for refugees, asylum seekers and those looking for protection all over the world. Everyone deserves to live in peace and freedom.
