A fundraiser farewell of food and drink (Mon 24 March)!
All are welcome to stop by Mum's on Monday 24 March for a fundraiser farewell of food and drink for my last night in Sydney! All donations from the feast will go to the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC).
The Feast for Freedom fundraiser provides people seeking asylum with access to the essential services they need to rebuild their lives in Australia.
This meal will make a difference! All food served will be cooked from special recipes gifted by refugees, and taken from their own cultural traditions. Every dollar raised will go to the ASRC to provide essential food, housing and health services to refugees and people seeking asylum.
Join us for nibbles and drinks between 5-10pm on Monday 24 March, be sure to make a donation, and also get a free hug from me (kids and pets welcome)! Those who cannot make it are also encouraged to donate if they can. Be it big or small, every little helps :)
