Dear friends
We'd love you to join us for a long-table dinner in aid of the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC).
A 'Feast for Freedom' is an opportunity to share a meal, and also an invitation to help ASRC support people seeking asylum with access to the essential services they need to rebuild their lives in Australia.
Please bring something to share that speaks to your idea of home, whether it's a secret family recipe, a classic from your motherland or part of a new ritual you've created (or, if you really can't face cooking, simply bring some great local produce!)
We'll provide all the drinks and plenty of Mauritian flavours, but please make a donation (of however much you wish) for this vital and independent organisation.
All funds raised will go to the ASRC so they can provide essential food, housing and health services to refugees and people seeking asylum.
