Story

I’m making a difference fundraising for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC).

I’m doing this by hosting a Feast for Freedom this March to provide people seeking asylum with access to the essential services they need to rebuild their lives in Australia.

This is a meal that makes a difference and I’m inspired by the special recipes gifted by refugees that are taken from their own cultural traditions. Every dollar I raise will go to the ASRC so they can provide essential food, housing and health services to refugees and people seeking asylum.

I actually can’t deal with how much I love the photos from last night’s Feast for Freedom 📸 - they’re from 8 hours ago last night when my beauties were about to leave my home full of belly and full of aroha. ❤️

The #costofliving makes the cost of #loving too expensive… but when we work collectively a little from your pocket can go a really long way.

This important organisation was nearly forced to shut down last year. Cost of living is horrendously hard and I figure donations dried up… I certainly had to stop my tiny little $25 a month donation which really bummed me out.

So if you have $20 you can share - or a smidge more - maybe a fiddy 💸 - I would really appreciate your help via a kind donation.
